1. Do you do custom sizes, materials, modifications?
There are add-ons and options on any product page that allows variation. Individual customization is not available. If you have an idea for a design project that may require bespoke fabrication and design services, check out our full range of work. We do not manufacture designs by others.
2. Do you offer trade discounts?
No. We do not have the capacity or margins to extend additional discounts on our items.
3. Can you provide it faster than your quoted lead time?
Given the small production runs of items and the made-to-order process of furniture, we cannot guarantee lead times faster than quoted for a specific product, but we always do our best to improve our time.
4. My project is under construction. Can I order now and hold delivery for (x) months?
Given the small production runs of items and the made-to-order process of furniture, we cannot guarantee lead times faster than quoted, but we always do our best to improve our time. Similarly, we cannot hold items for storage for extended periods. Please plan to order accordingly.
4. Where do you ship?
Online orders will ship to the 48 states of the contiguous United States. If you want the item delivered to another location, please get in touch with us for a custom quote.
5. Can I order multiple or bulk quantity discounts?
Please get in touch with us if you would like to proceed with a large order. Pricing and lead times may vary.
